Hampshire County Pet Adoption Program (HCPAP)  is at the PetSmart in Winchester every Saturday with dogs ready for adoption between 11 and 4!  Hampshire County Pet Adoption Program is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is staffed solely by volunteers.  HCPAP is not a shelter, all pets are fostered in our volunteer’s homes.  HCPAP has been rescuing dogs for 9 years along with the occasional cat and rabbit.  Please visit their website to preview available adoptions and see how you can help at www.hcpap.com.
